
Obsession. Worthlessness. Guilt. Shame. Deprivation and Rules. Binging and Overindulgence. Disgust.
When women are honest, this is what they tell us about their journeys with food. Even as health and fitness coaches who have nearly two decades of experience between us, we have and sometimes still do struggle with food and body image. There is no magical finish line to this journey, but it truly can get easier and destructive patterns can be broken.
Last Summer, Debbie and I challenged each other to something new- the Jillfit Moderation 365 Certification Program. It was 12 weeks of training followed by a difficult test and case study. It’s been a LONG time since we were in “school” and this truly felt like it!
The program inspired us to keep stretching to offer women lasting solutions while meeting them right where they are. We know that diving deep into patterns that have kept us stuck can feel uncomfortable, but also that we must go there to grow and make real changes. Understanding ourselves helps us to use strategies and exercises that lead to long term success.

Set Free is a moderation focused solution that helps you to break free from destructive patterns and live an intentional, enjoyable and healthy life through digestible strategies, challenging exercises, expectation management and encouraging coaching . We will use Moderation 365 principles to help build a sustainable nutrition foundation that will help you reach your long term goals.
What’s Included?
Set Free includes 6 live Zoom calls (also recorded) as well as downloadable materials from your coaches delivered via our exclusive online portal (also accessible via phone app). Our first meeting is February 21st and the meetings will take place each Tuesday at 12:00 pm EST for 6 weeks. Read on below for more details...

Self-Assessment: Our Zoom calls will include self-reflection questions, full transparency from your coaches and encouragement to share your own struggles.
Tools and Strategies: Each week we will address a different tool and strategy to help break unhealthy cycles. THIS is the most important part of long term success that is too often ignored. Get ready to dive deep!
Action Steps: The best program in the world is useless without real-life action. Set Free seeks to teach you not just WHAT to do, but how to better understand destructive patterns and find freedom through practice.
Community: We don’t believe that life is to be lived alone. Along with interactive Zoom calls, we will offer feedback, encouragement and non-judgment from coaches and fellow participants.
Scripture: We believe that God’s Word speaks to all aspects of life and will use a guiding scripture to remind us of our Source and His best for us.
