You’re a busy new Mom with a clingy baby and you are dying to workout. Problem is you have 1000 things to do during nap time and fitting in a workout just doesn’t always make the priority list right? Momsanity is here to rescue you! Why not wear your baby while you exercise? If you do not feel comfortable with completing these exercises without any weight then we recommend that you first practice body weight only exercises. You can also use a steady chair or counter for assistance with balance. Adler really enjoys all of these fun exercises in the carrier and hopefully yours will too! Enjoy!
