KILLER 5 MINUTE WORKOUT

I like you.  I like you so much that I cannot allow you to continue exercising in ways that bring ZERO RESULTS.   You’re just sweating away on that elliptical, making it all the way through an entire episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.  Surely THIS will be the workout that makes your body get toned and tight.  Please, please STOP.  Excessive cardio is not the answer.

Your MOMSANITY Coaches have the S-O-L-U-T-I-O-N!  No magic pills, no 2 hour gym visits, no wacky crackers-and-gum diets. 

It’s so simple yet so revolutionary:

  • SLEEP.  Get some.  Then go get some more.
  • DE-STRESS.  Paint your nails. Pray.  Avoid laundry.
  • EAT CLEAN.  Eat the stuff God grows.  Avoid boxed foods.  Shop the grocery store perimeter.
  • LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS.  No pink 3 pounders allowed.  You want to get breathless, hot, and burning.
