I know, it’s Labor Day, and that means you’re likely spending one last day at the pool or beach or just outside savoring the last drops of sweet Summer. This time of year many people start to let their health and fitness goals fall by the wayside. Cooler weather, busy schedules, extra clothing, heavier foods etc. begin to make their way back into our lives and before we know it we’ve decided to just “wait until the New Year”.
SO my challenge to you today is to 1. Say a prayer of gratitude for this day and for an able body that can exercise 2.
