Anyone who knows me knows that I insist on high-energy music for my workouts. I’m a techno addict (techno is really fast electronic music that most people do not love…yet). Research does show that the faster the beat, the harder one will push during a workout. Can you imagine doing jumping lunges to Kenny G?! I listen to music as much as possible and actually am somewhat eclectic; Christian, pop, classical, techno, alternative, hip hop, 80’s, rock. My iPad will only store 1,034 of my songs so I don’t truly know how many songs I own. I always have a playlist ready for my group workouts OR we rock out to Pandora. The louder the better.
