QUICK WORKOUT VIDEO & MILKSHAKE SMOOTHIE RECIPE

I need you to take a break from the monotony of your workouts that produce ZERO results.  You multi-task in every other area of your life, so why not do the same with your muscles!

Grab some weights and a mat and let’s do a quick fat-burning workout!

After properly warming up with dynamic stretches (jogging in place, slow push-ups, slow squats, etc) for 3-5 minutes, it’s time to get to work!

We’ll do this body-sculpting circuit 3 times, resting as needed.  If you have more than 5 minute, repeat the circuit up to a total of 20 minutes.  Here at Momsanity, we stop and rest any time we need for as long as we want.  This is YOUR workout!

1.  30 seconds Russian Twist with a Press (using 1 heavy weight)

2.  30 seconds Push-Ups + Row + Tricep extension (using 2 light to moderate weights)

3.  30 seconds Wide Squats (keeping 2 heavy weights at shoulder level)

4.  30 seconds Weighted Burpees (using 2 moderate to heavy weights)(modifications:  no weights, no jump, walk out legs)

Once complete, guzzle water and catch your breath.  Spend 3-5 minutes cooling down with static stretches (arms out wide, leg stretches, reach high, etc).  Then pat yourself on the back for being an official fat-burning machine!

Berry Milkshake Recipe:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop Nature’s Pearl Protein Powder

3/4 cup frozen strawberries and blueberries

5 drops Capella Milk Chocolate Toffee drops

1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach

1 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. peanut butter

1/8 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tbsp. Swerve sweetener

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

ice

water if it’s too thick to pour
