Recipe: Cha Cha Chocolate Protein Shake

Too many moms are lying to themselves.  Either they are “too busy” to eat and/or healthy food tastes gross.  The fact is, you are not too busy to eat.  You are busy, but there is time to eat.  Momsanity is all about quick, convenient meals that satisfy for hours.  Do you have 3 minutes?  Great, you just made breakfast (or lunch or a snack).  And the truth is, nutritious food doesn’t have to be tasteless or gagged down.  Eating for fat-loss is actually delicious when done right!  No more excuses!

Enter the awesome CHA CHA CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE FOR BUSY MOMS WITH TASTE BUDS!

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup unsweetened cashew milk

1 scoop NP PRO protein powder

1 scoop M.E. Craving Cocoa

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 handful spinach (no, you won’t taste it)

1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in a quality blender until smooth.

TOPPING:

1 Tbsp Enjoy Life chocolate chips

1 tsp cacao nibs
