Motherhood, Faith, Fitness, Nutrition. We've got you covered

Do you feel like you just aren’t significant in the world? Do you feel like you’re drowning in the “blahhh” of every day? That you do nothing more than fulfill the needs within the four walls of your home on a daily basis? I have these days for sure….and I know I’m not alone.
Recently in a Bible study someone mentioned that she recently saw an article about Matthew 25:40 and serving “the least of these”:
And the king will answer them, ‘I tell you the truth, just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it for me.’
What if the least of these means our CHILDREN… that each and every day as you faithfully serve, clean, feed, change, discipline, love, hug, kiss, tuck-in, cheuffer… etc. you are doing it for GOD?
Yes, of course you’re serving your children… but according to the Word we can do it for HIM.
That’s BIG.
You, my friend, are important and you matter. God is weaving your threads with mine and other Moms out there to create something bigger than we can ever imagine.
Do not discount the mundane- be confident in the fact that He chose you and loves you and that he tells us in Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”.
If you feel a calling for big things and feel that you’re not able to fulfill them right now know this: your little things are BIG to God and those BIG things you think matter to him… those are small. You see- His ways are not our ways. He uses imperfect, broken people and bizarre circumstances to bring glory.
I leave you with a quote from Marianne Williamson to take to heart: ” Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.”
Go DREAM Big and DO Big!!
