Motherhood, Faith, Fitness, Nutrition. We've got you covered

I’m both BUSY and LAZY. Know what that means when I step foot inside my kitchen? Usually an eye roll with the thought, “I have to cook AGAIN?!”NOT. THIS. TIME.
I have a Chili recipe as we finish up spring that is:
(No need to jot this down, there’s a link at the bottom to PRINT)
INGREDIENTS:
6 cans (12.5 oz each) canned chicken (see how I just saved you 30 minutes of boiling and shredding?!)
6 packs Trader Joe’s low-sodium liquid concentrate CHICKEN BROTH (any low-sodium chicken broth will do)
3 green onions, sliced
2-3 (4 oz each) cans chopped green chilies (in hindsight, I’d make it 3 or 4 cans)
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes (I know, I know, canned vegetables are killing us slowly…feel free to cut up your own tomatoes)
Some Red Pepper Flakes (I don’t have time to measure, so use a lot for spicy, use a little for mild)
Some Cumin (I don’t have time to measure, so if you love the stuff shake a lot in, if you’re unsure, just a dash will do)
Some Oregano (enough to make it look fancy and gourmet)
Some Garlic (garlic is awesome for your health, so go wild; oh, and I use it from a jar because breaking apart a clove is time-consuming)
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Put in crock pot for 6 hours.
2. Enjoy!
